TERMS & CONDITIONS
At mmilky ink co, we prioritise your health & safety, happiness and fulfilment along with ours. To ensure a smooth and seamless experience for you, please read all Terms and Conditions below, prior to your booking.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
At mmilky ink co your time and ours are equally valuable. To keep things running smoothly, we kindly ask all clients to respect the following cancellation policy

Cancellations
Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the session fee and may not be able to book again in the future. If you are sick or feeling unwell, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your options. We appreciate honesty and communication and will always do our best to accommodate when given notice.
Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit goes toward the final cost of your tattoo and confirms your commitment to the time slot.
Rescheduling
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please give us at least 72 hours’ (3 days) notice. Your deposit will be transferred to a new appointment date (once only) if enough notice is given.
Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice may result in a forfeited deposit, and a new deposit will be required to rebook.

TOUCHUP POLICY
All touch-ups will incur a $50 flat fee. This may be subject to increase for multiple pieces or large pieces that exceed the usual touchup appointment time frame.
Booking Your Touch-Up
Please book your touch-up through our usual booking system and select the “Touch-Up Appointment” option or via direct message. Include your original tattoo date and a clear photo of the healed tattoo in your notes.
❌ What’s Not Included
Free touch-ups do not cover:
– Tattoos that have faded due to sun exposure, picking, or improper aftercare
– Reworks or additions to your original design
– Tattoos done by another artist
ATTENDING YOUR APPOINTMENT
As much as I love meeting your friends and family, I kindly ask that you do not bring extra guests (including children) to your tattoo appointment unless discussed beforehand.
No Children Policy
By law, children are not permitted inside tattoo studios due to strict health, safety, and insurance regulations. This is to protect both you and your little one from potential risks in a studio environment.
Support Person Policy
We understand that sometimes you may like to have a support person with you - especially if it is your first tattoo.
This must be discussed prior to your appointment, and they must be 18 years or older to be allowed in the studio.
